The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms could use a little refresh, and the layout was a bit confusing at first. On the bright side, the location is amazing, and the dining experience was excellent.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag of experiences. The rooms, though clean and comfortable, could use some updating and being up-charged for not being a member was a downside. The service was polite but somewhat arrogant, yet the location was perfect for us, especially for my sons who enjoyed the pool. The dining was excellent, and the facilities were quite nice.
The hotel rooms were clean but slightly worn out. While the size could be better for the price paid, they reminded me of a hospital or nursing home. On the plus side, the service was exceptional as the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal for my needs, near a lovely golf course in Rancho Santa Fe. The dining experience was excellent, especially at the Littler Lounge. Overall, a mix of pros and cons but a pleasant stay.
